Secrets of the Staghorn Sumac Saison is a brewer's collaboration from the funk side, where the production team came together to put together the recipe. "Staghorn" is the kind of sumac that it is used in the recipe.

Brewed with our house saison yeast and locally grown sumac lovingly hand-harvested by our production team. Secrets of the Staghorn is blush in colour with the bright, citrusy aromatics associated with this ubiquitous Canadian berry.
