Bench Brewing Company Acquires Ace Hill and Liberty Village Brands from Ace Beverage Group
Acquisition strengthens Bench Brewing’s leadership in the Canadian craft beverage space with two of Ontario’s most recognized lifestyle beverage brands.
LINCOLN, ONTARIO, October 9, 2025 – Bench Brewing Company is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Ace Hill and Liberty Village brands from Ace Beverage Group. The agreement includes intellectual property and distribution rights for both brands, expanding Bench’s growing portfolio of Canadian craft beverages and strengthening its presence across Ontario.
This acquisition brings together three complementary brands united by a shared commitment to quality, simplicity, and community. Ace Hill offers a strong foundation in both beer and ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages with favourites like Ace Hill Pilsner and Ace Hill Lemon Vodka Soda, while Liberty Village adds a crisp, better-for-you cider presence with its flagship zero sugar Liberty Village Dry Cider. Together, these additions will broaden Bench’s reach across beer, cider, and RTD categories while maintaining the unique identities that have made each brand so well-loved.
